Proof and Wood Pot Still Rum 2/3 is an aged Jamaican pot still rum, further matured and independently bottled by Proof and Wood in Bardstown, Kentucky, at 54% ABV.

The rum spent two years in Jamaica in ex-bourbon barrels, then three more years in Kentucky in ex-rye barrels. It was blended from three barrels and fewer than 100 cases were produced.

Proof and Wood describes hay and vanilla-softened esters, English breakfast tea, and toasted cinnamon and clove with a hint of dehydrated strawberry on the finish.
