Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection Rum Cask Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Yellowstone Rum Cask Finish is a four year old Kentucky straight bourbon finished nine weeks in casks that held rum made from Cuban sugarcane molasses, bottled at 100 proof.

It is the second release in Limestone Branch's Special Finishes Collection, announced in March 2024. The first was a bourbon finished in toasted staves.

The company describes spice and tropical sweetness on the nose, with toasted marshmallow, creme brulee and toffee on the palate.
