Ardbeg Anamorphic is a Committee release matured in casks whose heads were scored deeply to expose more wood, then toasted to a 'high mocha' specification before filling.
Dr Bill Lumsden's team turned the cask inside out to temper the briny notes and bring out hidden chocolaty sweetness. It first appeared in November 2023.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered and uncolored, bottled at 48.2% ABV.
