Dalmore Sherry Cask 12 year 750ml

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt that starts in American oak ex-bourbon casks and finishes in bespoke sherry casks treated with a blend of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).

The bourbon casks build the Dalmore house style of chocolate, orange and spice.

The sherry finish can run up to three years.

• Nose: Caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas laced with honey.
• Palate: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon.
