The Macallan Edition No. 2 is a limited Speyside single malt created with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, bottled at 48.2% ABV.
The Edition Series pairs the distillery with a creative collaborator each year to produce a new limited expression. Edition No. 2 was released in 2016 and combines a selection of oak cask styles chosen for the project.
Macallan's whisky maker, Bob Dalgarno, worked with the Roca brothers to select casks that express flavors from their restaurant's kitchen.
