Tapatío Blanco 110 is a 110 proof blanco tequila distilled by Carlos Camarena at La Alteña in the Arandas Highlands of Jalisco from estate-grown blue agave, bottled at 55% ABV.
The agaves are slow baked and fermented with the family's roughly 75 year old yeast culture, then double distilled in copper pot stills and rested six months in stainless steel.
Charbay Distillers is the U.S. importer.
