Solarum Plata is an unaged tequila made from Tequilana Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, bottled at 80 proof.

The agave is cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

It is double distilled in a stainless steel pot still at NOM 1412 and bottled without aging at 40% ABV.
