The Macallan 12 Year Sherry Oak 110 Proof is a higher-strength take on the classic 12 Year Sherry Oak, launched October 29, 2025.

Macallan says the 110 Proof intensifies the character of the Sherry Oak 12 Years Old.

The whisky matures twelve years in sherry-seasoned oak casks, mostly European oak. It is bottled at 55% ABV (110 proof).

• Nose: Sticky dates, cherry compote and cinnamon.
