It is distilled by the Bombay Spirits Company, owned by Bacardí, at Laverstoke Mill.

The botanicals sit in a perforated basket in a copper Carter-Head still so alcohol vapor carries their flavor through. The ten botanicals are juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orris root, licorice, almond, cubeb, grains of paradise and cassia. Strength is 47% in the US and 40% in many other markets.
