Angel's Envy Triple Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged in new American white oak, then finished in French, Chinkapin and Hungarian oak casks, bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV).

The distillery's Hungarian oak ties the other two oaks together, and the bourbon is made on the distillery's column still.

The official notes are apricot, toasted oak and honeysuckle on the nose, baking spices, brioche and vanilla custard on the palate, and nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom, brown sugar and molasses on the finish.
