Jefferson's Reserve Old Rum Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged about eight years in new American oak and then matured about 15 months in old Gosling's Family Reserve rum barrels, bottled at 90.2 proof (45.1% ABV).

Supply was limited because only 33 of 100 used rum barrels sent to Zoeller were salvageable.

The notes are molasses and ripe banana, caramelized sugar and vanilla bean, with a finish of toasted marshmallow and soft allspice.
