Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bottled in Bond is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, aged seven years and bottled at 100 proof.
Heaven Hill announced it in June 2025, 155 years after the Old Fitzgerald trademark honoring John E. Fitzgerald was first introduced. It is the first line extension of the Old Fitzgerald brand in this form.
The mash bill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley, aged in Level 3 charred new American oak. The label shows the distillation season and year on the neck.
