123 Organic Tequila Reposado, known as Dos, is an organic tequila rested for six months in white oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV, the most versatile style in the 123 Organic range.
As the sun and moon meet in the sky above the agave plantation, two stealthy jaguars, or miztli, roam the fields in search of their elusive prey, the image behind Dos. During their silent hunts the tequila rests in white oak for six months before its release, which gives it a very light colour and no real hint of wood.
It reveals aromatic raw and cooked agave tempered by the warmth of oak. Agave appears on the nose but quickly gives way to a light dessert course of salted caramel, crème brûlée and toffee, with spicy vanilla and anise notes, a hint of citrus and a minty anise finish.
The most complex tequila in the lineup, it is equally at home in cocktails and as a sipping tequila, a thoughtful gift for organic spirits lovers.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
