Adictivo Plata is an unaged 100% blue agave tequila, crystal clear with silver sparkles, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Adictivo is crafted by master distiller Gildardo Partida, and the plata is traditionally made to preserve the purity of the agave. The piñas are baked in brick ovens, crushed by stone-roller mill and twice distilled, like the rest of the range.
Herbaceous on the nose with a touch of vanilla, it shows cooked agave and white pepper on the palate and a soft, warm, full-bodied finish. Clean enough to sip and smooth enough to mix.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
