Airem Organic Vodka is an ultra-premium organic vodka from the Sierra Nevada mountains of Granada, Spain, made from 100% organic wheat and snow-melt mountain water and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
The name joins aire, Spanish for air, with an M: Airem symbolizes the pure air and wild nature of the Sierra Nevada, where the vodka is made. It is certified USDA and EU organic, kosher and gluten-free, has scored 94 points from Wine Enthusiast, and won Double Gold at the Blue Lifestyle awards.
Following artisanal methods, Airem is made from 100% organic wheat and distilled in handmade copper stills. It is then filtered through millenarian peat coal from the valley of Padul, a small village by the mountains of Granada, and with the purest melted snow waters of the Sierra Nevada it is filtered several times to remove any impurities.
Very aromatic on the nose with vanilla and citrus and a spicy edge, it is silky on the palate and closes with a soft floral finish.
Pour it ice cold, stir a Vodka Martini with a lemon twist, or mix it with tonic and fresh herbs for a light, Spanish-style highball. Its vanilla and citrus aromas also make it a smooth base for an Espresso Martini or a Cosmopolitan, and the elegant bottle with its gold-and-black mountain label makes it a handsome gift for organic-minded vodka lovers.
