AMASS Dry Gin is a citrus-forward, herbaceous gin distilled in Downtown Los Angeles by master distiller Morgan McLachlan from 29 organic botanicals on a non-GMO corn base, bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).
AMASS Dry Gin celebrates the abundant natural terroir and diverse cultural landscape of contemporary Los Angeles; three of its 29 botanicals come from Morgan McLachlan's own L.A. backyard. Indigenous California bay and cascara sagrada provide an earthy base that grounds bright citrus from grapefruit, orange and lemon, with layers of hibiscus, cardamom, cacao and ginger, plus reishi and lion's mane mushrooms for earthy umami depth.
Vibrant and fresh with a citrus-forward nose, it opens gently on the palate and warms through the middle, with reishi, lion's mane and long pepper settling into a peppery finish with earthy undertones.
The minimalist black bottle makes it a sleek gift.
Gin gets its character from juniper and other botanicals.
