Angel's Envy was founded by long-time industry veteran Lincoln Henderson and is made in small batches of six to eight barrels in Louisville. The bourbon is finished in port wine barrels, while the rye spends up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks, where raw, spicy, earthy rye mingles with the mellow sweetness of rum for an incomparably smooth whiskey. It is a special, limited-quantity collection.
