Arbikie Highland Estate Strawberry Vodka is a field-to-bottle Scottish vodka made from estate-grown wheat and flavored with the estate's own strawberries, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
Arbikie sits on farmland in the Angus hills of Scotland, farmed since 1660, with the sea to one side and pure water from its own source. Brothers Iain, David and John Stirling returned to the farm in 2013 to open Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery, making spirits almost entirely from the farm's own crops. Strawberry Vodka blends their wheat vodka with Scottish strawberries grown on the estate, with no chemicals, so each year's crop gives it its own unique vintage.
Naturally fruity, sweet, smooth and refreshing, it opens with a glorious fresh strawberry and strawberry jam aroma and finishes smooth, without being overly sweet.
The red A and strawberry label make it a cheerful gift.
