Arlow Cabernet Sauvignon is a low-alcohol red wine from California, bottled at just 6.5% ABV: low alcohol wine without compromise.
Arlow is a sister brand of Surely Wines, and its wines are made by blending full-alcohol wine with dealcoholised wine to reach 6.5%.
The result offers a flavour profile comparable to full-strength wine, with dark fruit and soft tannins, while cutting the alcohol and calories.
It is part of Arlow's inaugural collection alongside a Sauvignon Blanc and a Rosé.
With its screw cap and bold orange label, it is an easy choice for weeknights, long lunches and mindful drinking.
Good wine rewards a little care in serving. Whites and rosés show best chilled to around 45 to 50°F, while reds are at their most expressive slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65°F. Opening the bottle and letting it breathe for a few minutes, or pouring it into a decanter, helps the aromas open up.

How to Enjoy It
Serve Arlow Cabernet at cellar temperature or slightly cool, around 15–16°C, in a red-wine glass. Its lighter alcohol makes it ideal for long dinners, lunches and weeknights. Pair it with burgers, grilled lamb, mushroom pasta, pizza and hard cheeses. It also makes a lighter sangria with orange slices, berries and a splash of soda. Once opened, recork and keep it cool for two to three days. For a gathering, chill the bottle and set out glasses, ice and garnishes so guests can serve themselves. A bottle also makes a thoughtful host gift for a dinner party or the holidays.
