Astral Tequila Añejo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, aged at least 13 months in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.

Diageo owns Astral Tequila. The brand uses tahona milling, and the crushed fibers go back into fermentation. Leftover fibers are upcycled into adobe bricks to build homes in Jalisco.

It launched in the US in 2022, with the Añejo joining in spring 2023.
