Avión Silver is an award-winning, ultra-premium 100% blue agave tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, made from single-origin agave in small batches and double distilled, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Avión is crafted at its distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco, where cooler nights help the agave develop. Because the agave comes from a single source, purity is assured, and the process emphasizes slow, traditional methods: hand harvesting, slow brick-oven roasting, small-batch distillation and long, careful filtering. Avión Silver won the International Spirits Challenge in 2022.
Intense agave aromas carry herbal tinges of mint and rosemary, delicate floral notes and black pepper, with crisp grapefruit and pineapple: fresh agave and bright citrus.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
