Bombay Dry Gin is a London dry gin based on one of the world's oldest gin recipes, bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
It was the first London dry gin made by vapour infusion: spirit vapour passes through eight hand-selected botanicals held in a perforated copper basket rather than boiling them.
The botanicals are angelica root, almonds, cassia bark, liquorice, coriander seed, lemon peel, orris root and juniper berries.
