Booker's is bottled straight from the barrel, as Booker Noe liked his bourbon, and this release carries the robust, bold, classic Beam profile of caramel, vanilla and heavy oak spice.
The nose brings vanilla and spice, with roasted peanuts and baking spice. The taste is big and bold, with rich caramel, toffee and dark fruit, and the long, pleasant finish carries oak spice and lingering sweetness.

Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years. Those rules give bourbon its characteristic sweetness, with caramel and vanilla drawn from the charred barrels.
Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam and longtime master distiller, created Booker's as the first widely available bourbon bottled uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. Each batch is selected from barrels in different warehouse locations to reach the profile he loved.
