Bozal Cuishe is a single maguey joven mezcal made from wild Cuishe agave, a member of the Karwinskii family, bottled at 47% ABV.
The agave is cooked in earthen pit ovens, crushed by tahona, naturally fermented and double distilled.
Driven by intense citrus and strong minerality, it has a dry entry.
Expect rich tropical fruit, grilled pineapple, sweet potato and saddle leather, with a dry, smoky finish.
Its tall, matte blue-green bottle makes it a striking gift. We also carry Bozal Tepeztate.
