Bubba's MC Marshmallow Chocolate Whiskey is a spirit whiskey flavored with marshmallow, chocolate and other natural flavors, bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV).
Bubba's Secret Stills is known for its playful flavored whiskeys, and MC, which stands for marshmallow chocolate, wears a wanted-poster label: of course MC is wanted behind bars. The bearded outlaw portrait and the words born in USA give it a bold, fun look.
MC blends a smooth spirit whiskey base with sweet marshmallow and rich chocolate flavors for a dessert-style pour. At 70 proof it is easy to shoot and easy to mix, and it is made to be a party favorite.
Expect toasted marshmallow and cocoa on the nose, a sweet palate of milk chocolate and vanilla marshmallow over smooth whiskey, and a soft, warm finish.
Bubba's MC is great as a shot or in a drink with cola, coffee, hot cocoa or other mixers. Stir it into hot chocolate and top it with toasted marshmallows for a s'mores-style treat, add it to cold brew with a splash of cream, or mix it with cola for an easy highball. It also makes a fun chocolate Martini shaken with vodka and cream. Pair it with brownies, s'mores, chocolate chip cookies or vanilla ice cream. Shoot your shot and reward yourself; the wanted-poster label makes it a fun gift for anyone with a sweet tooth. For a party, set up a hot cocoa bar with Bubba's MC, mini marshmallows, whipped cream and chocolate shavings, or serve it in chilled shot glasses rimmed with crushed graham crackers for a quick campfire-style treat.
