Buzzard's Roost began in 2019 with just three barrels of rye and is known for its double-barrelled whiskeys, using 18-month seasoned oak, char #1 barrels and its own proprietary toasting techniques. This bourbon combines two mash bills, one with a higher share of corn and one packed with rye, for a bold, balanced spirit.
Rich aromas of caramel, coconut and vanilla welcome you, alongside hints of sweet candy and floral notes, with the toasted oak adding another layer of depth.
