Cada día Plata is a handcrafted, ultra-smooth blanco tequila made from 8-year-old Blue Weber agave and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Driven by love and passion, Sandeep and Riti Gupta founded cada día, Spanish for every day, to embody the joy of living life to the fullest and embracing the good in each and every day. Their journey began as a young married couple who understood that purpose and balance in life meant everything. The vibrant colors of Mexico, its fiery and flavorful food and its artfully crafted tequila had long inspired them, and they set out to honor tradition and embrace Mexican culture with an unmistakably authentic tequila: an artisanal Mexican tequila born of Canadian influence.
The essence of cada día honors the history and culture of the Jalisco region. The mature agave is slow cooked for 40 hours in a stone oven, fermented with the naturally occurring yeasts of the agave itself, and during distillation only the hearts are kept.
The result is a complex, pure and ultra-smooth plata, with cooked agave, bright citrus and a gentle touch of pepper. True in taste, clean and finely crafted, it is made for sipping and for celebrating the good in every day.
Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
