Casa Azul Organic Blanco is an additive-free tequila crafted in Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave grown with certified organic farming practices, rested two to three months before bottling, at 40% ABV.
The agave is slow-cooked, fermented and distilled to preserve a clean, vibrant agave character. As an additive-free tequila, its flavour comes solely from the agave, fermentation and distillation, focused on natural sweetness, clarity and balance.
It shows vibrant agave on the nose and palate, with baked agave and ripe fruit and hints of herbs and minerals, opening up to a soft, smooth finish.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
