Roundstone Rye is Catoctin Creek's flagship, a pre-Prohibition style, single-barrel whisky made from 100% locally sourced rye grain, lauded with gold medals in London, New York and San Francisco. The Cask Proof is a very special version, bottled at barrel strength, with the proof varying by barrel, and released only about twice a year.
Dark and complex, it is remarkably smooth for its proof, blending oak cask flavours with rye's true grain spice.
