The reposado takes the lively, citrus-forward character of Cenote Blanco and rests it for three months in American oak. The result is golden straw in color, with a balance of vanilla and wood on the nose and a round, harmonious palate of vanilla, wood, spice and green vegetable. The short rest adds warmth and depth without overwhelming the fresh agave character that defines the Cenote style.
