Chandon Brut Rosé is a charming, lively dry sparkling rosé from Chandon in California, bottled at 12% ABV.
It is Chandon's classic signature California rosé, with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon and cherry, perfect for sipping all year long with or without food.
It is one of winemaker Pauline Lhote's favourite wines to craft.
It is a festive pink, with lively strawberry, cherry and graham cracker flavours that finish on a snappy accent.
Vivacious red fruit meets creamy smoothness, with key flavours of strawberry, red cherry, pomegranate and pastry.
Traditional-method sparkling wine is made the same way as Champagne: a still base wine is bottled with a little yeast and sugar, and the second fermentation in the bottle creates fine, persistent bubbles. Time resting on the spent yeast, the lees, adds the toasty, brioche-like notes that set these wines apart from tank-fermented styles.

How to Enjoy It
Chandon Brut Rosé is a versatile sparkler: enjoy it on its own as an aperitif, pour it over ice with fresh berries for a summer sipper, or top it with a splash of aperitivo bitter for a rosé spritz. Pair it with smoked salmon, sushi, grilled shrimp, charcuterie, roast chicken and strawberry desserts. Serve it well chilled in a flute or white-wine glass, and once opened reseal it with a sparkling-wine stopper and keep it in the fridge for a day or two. For a gathering, chill the bottle and set out glasses, ice and garnishes so guests can serve themselves. A bottle also makes a thoughtful host gift for a dinner party or the holidays.
