Chicken Cock Miller's Reserve is a limited-edition blended American whiskey released in late 2025, assembled in Bardstown, Kentucky, from four aged whiskeys of 8 to 10 years and bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV).

It honours the brand's founder, James A. Miller, whose Chicken Cock Bourbon, born in Paris, Kentucky, in 1856, made its name on trade routes like the Ohio River. On 27 January 1860, the transport steamer A.O. Tyler sank on the Ohio carrying 475 of Miller's uninsured barrels. Miller's Reserve revives that lost legacy, the spirit that wouldn't sink, with a blend drawn from states along that historic route.

The blend joins a 10-year Double Oak Kentucky whiskey and an 8-year high-rye bourbon from Indiana, rounded out by wheated bourbons from West Virginia and Ohio. Expect caramel, fig and toast.

Its embossed flask-style bottle and story make it a memorable gift for bourbon lovers.

Sip it neat, then add a few drops of water.

Blending whiskeys from several states and grain recipes lets the blender combine the spice of high-rye bourbon, the softness of wheated bourbon and the depth of long-aged, double-oaked whiskey in one glass. At 115 proof, a few drops of water open up the fruit and toast.
