Cincoro Blanco is the heart of Cincoro Tequila: an unaged 100% blue Weber agave tequila made from hand-selected agave from both the Highland and Lowland regions of Jalisco, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) and presented here in a 375ml bottle.
Cincoro was founded by five NBA team owners, Michael Jordan, Jeanie Buss, Wes Edens, Wyc Grousbeck and Emilia Fazzalari, after a 2016 dinner where they bonded over a shared love of tequila. Three years and roughly a thousand tequila samples later, they settled on the template that became Cincoro, crafted at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila in the town of Tequila. Blending Highland and Lowland agave balances the bright citrus of one with the earthy depth of the other, and the piñas are slow-cooked, fermented and distilled in small batches. The tall, striking bottle is a commissioned work of art by Nike's Mark Smith.
The result is exceptionally smooth, with beautiful notes of fresh agave, citrus and a hint of vanilla. Cooked agave, sweet cream and warm vanilla lead the nose; the palate is lush and sweet, layered with bright lemon, grapefruit zest and a whisper of white pepper; and the finish is light and refreshing.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
