Cincoro Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila aged 8 to 10 months in an underground cellar in barrels imported from Tennessee that were first used to age whiskey, bottled at 40% ABV.
Cincoro blends hand-selected highland and lowland agave from Jalisco. Aging Cincoro Blanco in former whiskey barrels highlights the smoothness of the blanco, complemented by wood notes from 8 to 10 months in the cellar, considerably longer than the two-month minimum for a reposado. Cincoro was founded by five NBA team owners, including Michael Jordan; the name joins cinco and oro.
Vanilla, caramel and dried fruit lead on the nose, followed by black pepper and white chocolate on the palate and a long vanilla finish.

Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
