Cincoro Añejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila aged 24 to 28 months in American white oak in an underground cellar at the distillery, bottled at 40% ABV. This is the 375ml bottle.
Cincoro was founded by five NBA team owners, including Michael Jordan. It is made from a blend of highland and lowland agave from Jalisco, double distilled in small batches to combine the fruitier sweetness of highland agave with the earthier, herbaceous character of lowland agave.
Ageing in the underground cellar further enhances the interaction between barrel and tequila. It is an intense amber with copper overtones, with wood and dried fruit on the nose. Notes of orange, fig and date, with hints of caramel and butterscotch, come through on the palate, and the finish is smooth and luxurious.

Añejo tequila is aged between one and three years in oak barrels of no more than 600 litres, long enough to add colour, sweetness and spice while keeping the character of the agave, which makes it a natural sipping tequila.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
