Cincoro Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, exceptionally smooth and approachable, bottled at 40% ABV.
While most tequilas use agave from either the Highlands or the Lowlands of Jalisco, Cincoro uses both. Hand-selected agave from each region is slow-cooked and distilled in small batches before being married, giving a blanco that is smooth on the palate with great flavour, complexity and finish. The name Cincoro, five gold, honours its five founders, including Michael Jordan.
Clean and agave-forward, it shows citrus and light vanilla on the nose, light grapefruit and white pepper on the palate, and a long, complex finish of cooked agave and black pepper.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
