CÎROC is made from fine French grapes, Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc from the Gaillac and Cognac regions, rather than grain or potatoes. The grapes go through a cold fermentation, and the vodka is distilled five times and finished in a tailor-made copper pot still in Southern France.
