The grapes are Mauzac Blanc from the Gaillac region, one of France's oldest wine-producing areas, and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region; they are cold fermented, and the final distillation runs through a traditional copper pot still at the Distillerie de Chevanceaux. That vodka is then infused with the flavors of sweet, sun-ripened strawberries and zesty lemons.
