Conejo Salvaje, the wild rabbit, makes premium tequila using traditional Mexican distilling practices and its own approach to agave cultivation. Each organic agave plant is carefully nurtured to maturity in the fertile lands of the Valles region, capturing the character of its terroir, and the tequila is produced at Tequila Las Américas (NOM 1480) in Amatitán, in the Tequila Valley.
Bottled without time in oak and without additives, the Blanco puts blue agave front and center. The embrace of volcanic soil combines with the light, floral side of the agave for a brilliantly clear tequila that is both wild in spirit and refined in craftsmanship.
