The Cooperstown Distillery Elite Edition Randy Gradishar is a New York straight bourbon paying tribute to the Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker. It is presented in a patented glass football decanter on a pedestal base and bottled at 100 proof.
Released under the Canton Distillery brand as part of Cooperstown's gridiron series, the bourbon was personally hand-picked by Gradishar, the Denver Broncos 'Orange Crush' defence icon, and the bottle carries a commemorative plaque with his signature. Inside is a robust straight bourbon made to be as impactful and well structured as his legendary career.
The football decanter makes a spectacular gift for Broncos fans and football collectors, and a centrepiece for any bar or game room.
The pedestal base makes the decanter easy to display, and it pairs naturally with Cooperstown's other hand-blown sports decanters for collectors building a set.
Pour it neat on game day, then keep the decanter on display.
Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years. Those rules give bourbon its characteristic sweetness, with caramel and vanilla drawn from the charred barrels.
Straight bourbon must be aged at least two years in new charred oak containers and bottled without added colour or flavour, and Cooperstown's bourbons are made in upstate New York, the home of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Signed, numbered sports decanters like this one are prized by collectors long after the bourbon has been enjoyed.
