Corzo Silver is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, triple distilled over more than 56 hours and presented in the brand's award-winning bottle designed by Fabien Baron. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Corzo is made with twice the amount of blue agave of most tequilas, and a heart-of-hearts process that keeps only the finest part of the distillate, combining art and science for a sweeter, fruitier tequila. Triple distillation gives a fuller, smoother finish.
The result is an elegant, flavorful blanco with a sweeter, tropical taste and notes of citrus and vanilla, fresh and expressive, with the pure, vibrant character of well-grown agave.
Its tall, minimalist bottle makes it a gift for anyone who appreciates design as much as tequila.
Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
A blanco tequila is bottled unaged, showing the pure character of the agave.
Triple distillation gives a lighter, smoother spirit than the more common double distillation.
