Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin is an ultra-premium gin hand-crafted in Wales with the purest Welsh water and 12 botanicals, founded by classical singer Katherine Jenkins OBE and filmmaker Andrew Levitas, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 700ml bottle.
Katherine Jenkins discovered a little-known Welsh spirit in 2021, made six miles from where she grew up, and was inspired to create her own range, launching Cygnet in 2022. Cygnet is now distilled at the historic Penderyn Copper Works Distillery in Swansea by sixth-generation distiller Chris Sadler, on a copper Faraday still. The brand sets out to redefine gin as a sipping spirit, neat, on the rocks or in cocktails, and won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
