It follows centuries-old techniques and uses only three pure ingredients: fully mature Espadín agave, shaped by time under the Oaxacan sun; wild yeast; and mineral-rich water. Nothing else.
It is made in small batches using traditional artisanal methods and bottled joven, straight after distillation, so the roasted-agave character comes through without any wood influence. Espadín, the most widely cultivated agave in mezcal production, gives it natural sweetness and bright citrus.
