For generations, the family of Don Elías Robles has been making tequila from the precious blue agave, using traditional growing and harvesting methods passed down through the generations; the agave is cared for until only the best plants are selected. Handcrafted using traditional methods that honor Jalisco's tequila-making legacy, Don Elías Blanco is a sibling to the brand's Silver, a Gold Medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is presented in a heavy decanter with a portrait of Don Elías on the label.

Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave.
