Don Valente Blanco is a limited-production, 100% agave tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco, presented in a uniquely crafted decanter and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Don Valente is a craft, small-batch tequila from El Arenal in Jalisco's valley, made from select lowland agave using traditional methods. The Blanco is unaged and fresh, showcasing pure agave character, and its distinctive handcrafted display bottle makes it as much a centerpiece as a pour.
Shiny and crystalline with silver and light blue hues and a medium body, it is clean and agave-forward, balanced between sweet and intense, finishing with light herbal notes, minerality, pepper and earth.
The jeweled blue decanter makes it a showpiece gift.
Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
