Dry Fly Washington Wheat Vodka is a creamy, buttery, incredibly smooth craft vodka distilled from locally grown Washington soft white winter wheat in Spokane, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Dry Fly Distilling was founded in Spokane, Washington, in 2007, one of the first craft distilleries in the state and a pioneer of the Northwest craft spirits scene. It began with Don Poffenroth and a good friend, knee-deep in a Pacific Northwest river, talking about how fortunate they were to live, work and play in one of the most amazing places on earth. Dry Fly embraces a farm-to-bottle approach for all of its products, with grain sourced from family farms within 30 miles of the distillery, making it a true grain-to-glass operation.
This vodka was Dry Fly's first ever distilled product, the spirit that started it all. Made with 100% Washington soft white winter wheat from nearby family farms, it won Double Gold and Best in Show at the 2009 World Spirits Competition, and it has been a must-have for vodka lovers ever since. It is also the base for Dry Fly's gin and its huckleberry vodka.
Soft and creamy in texture, it is buttery and incredibly smooth, with the gentle grain sweetness of wheat and a clean finish.
Enjoy it chilled and neat, in a Martini, or in a Vodka Soda or Moscow Mule. It is a fine way to taste the farm country of the Inland Northwest.
