Eden Mill St Andrews Bourbon Cask is one of the two flagship single malts from Eden Mill Distillery near St Andrews, exclusively matured in fine American oak bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
The Bourbon Cask is the counterpart to Eden Mill's Sherry Cask, a showcase of the distillery's house style, showing how its light, floral new-make spirit marries with the sweet vanilla of classic American oak.
It offers creamy vanilla with barley sugar and cereal sweetness, leading to mellow oaky spice. It is packed with notes of light spice and vanilla fudge, and closes with a floral finish and light, warm gingerbread.
The bottle shape is inspired by the three peaks on the roof of Eden Mill's new distillery, and the front is embossed with the tagline 'The Spirit of St Andrews', a fine gift from the home of golf.
