Eden Mill sits on the banks of the Eden Estuary in St Andrews and became the first distillery to make spirits in the area in over 150 years; it can be seen from the sixth hole of the Old Course. Golf Gin is built on a slightly saline base of kombu seaweed sourced in Fife, with lavender, heather, gorse and pine inspired by Scotland's coastal golf courses, along with angelica root, blueberry and star anise. It won Double Gold at the 2024 San Francisco and New York World Spirits Competitions.
