El Cristiano is crafted in Arandas, in Los Altos de Jalisco, from blue Weber agave matured six years before harvest with a focus on sustainable agriculture. It is distilled in traditional coil copper stills for a pure, clean taste and bottled without additives. The brand's commitment to sustainability reaches the community too: its workforce in Mexico is 100% female and paid above-average wages, and it supports all the orphanages in Arandas.
Full-bodied with bright silver hues, it opens with subtly sweet cooked agave, light honey butter and herbal hints of sage and rosemary. The palate is smooth and earthy, with sweet agave, mature fruit, subtle citrus and minerality.
