It is made by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery on the east bank of the Demerara River, the last remaining distillery in Guyana. Diamond houses a collection of historic stills salvaged from long-closed sugar estates, among them the original wooden Coffey still from the former Enmore estate, one of the last operational wooden stills in the world. EHP is the marque that identifies its rum.
